Render with VotexArch from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants

Connect your VotexArch account to an AI assistant that supports MCP connectors, then ask for renders in the chat. Renders use your VotexArch credits at the same prices as the dashboard, and every result is saved to your account.

What you need

  • A VotexArch account. The free plan works; paid plans include more credits.
  • Credits for the renders you run. Browsing models, checking your balance and uploading are free.
  • An AI assistant that supports remote MCP connectors, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Whether you can add connectors depends on the assistant, your plan and, for business accounts, your administrator.

Connect it

In Claude

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Enter the name VotexArch and the URL https://votexarch.com/mcp.
  3. Select Connect. A VotexArch page opens: sign in if asked, check the permissions, and select Allow.

In ChatGPT and other assistants

Add a connector (or MCP server) in the assistant's settings with the URL above. Sign-in uses OAuth: you approve access on votexarch.com, and no API key or password is shared with the assistant.

The permission page lists exactly what the assistant can do: run renders that use your credits, and see your balance and recent renders. It cannot buy credits, change your plan or see payment details.

What it can do

Render prices are listed per model on the pricing page and by the assistant itself. A render that fails is refunded automatically.

Sending your image

  • Attach it in the chat, in assistants that can pass attachments to connectors (ChatGPT can).
  • Use an upload link, in assistants that cannot (Claude, for example). The assistant gives you a one-time votexarch.com link; open it on any device, drop the image, and tell the assistant when it is done. No sign-in is needed on that page.
  • Give a public link to an image already online.
  • Refine an earlier render by asking for changes to it.

Example prompts

“What VotexArch models can turn a floor plan into a 3D view, and what do they cost?”

The assistant lists the floor-plan models with their credit prices and options. Nothing is charged.

“Render this massing model as a timber-clad house at dusk with warm interior light. Use Votex SR Precision at 1K.”

The assistant confirms the price (6 credits at 1K), gets your image (as an attachment, an upload link, or a public link), and returns the finished render with a full-resolution link. It also appears in your dashboard.

“Take my last render and make it a rainy evening, same camera.”

The assistant finds your latest render and runs a new render from it with your change. Each render is charged separately.

“Review this floor plan against the building code for Dubai.”

The assistant confirms the price (15 credits), gets the plan, and returns a written review of points to check. The review is guidance for a licensed professional to verify.

“How many credits do I have left?”

The assistant reports your plan credits and top-up credits. Nothing is charged.

Limits

  • Covers still renders (architectural renders including the three-image batch, floor plan to 3D, presentation sketches, style match, renovation, render editing), upscaling, floor-plan review, 3D models and 3D print prep. Walkthrough videos and construction video are dashboard-only for now.
  • 3D models and print-prep jobs take a few minutes: the assistant starts the job and checks back for the download link. Assistants cannot display 3D models, so open them in the dashboard’s 3D viewer. Print prep works on 3D models made in the last 7 days.
  • Up to 20 renders, upscales, 3D models and print-prep jobs per hour, and 60 floor-plan reviews per hour, per account: the same limits as the dashboard.
  • Source images must be PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
  • Upload links accept one image, for 30 minutes. An uploaded image can be used for 24 hours.
  • Rendered and uploaded files are deleted from our storage after 7 days. Download anything you want to keep.
  • A connection that is not used for 7 days is disconnected automatically. Your assistant will ask you to sign in and allow it again.
  • Guest trials cannot be connected. You need a VotexArch account (the free plan works).

Privacy and your data

VotexArch receives what the assistant sends to its tools: your render instructions, the images you provide, and the options chosen. It does not receive the rest of your conversation. Results the tools return (render images, your balance, your render history) are shown to the assistant and handled by its provider under that provider's own terms.

Rendering does not run on our hardware. Your image and instructions are sent to the third-party AI provider running the model you chose, and what that provider retains is governed by its terms, not ours. On our side, files are deleted from storage after 7 days.

Full details are in the Privacy Policy and on Ownership & data.

Disconnecting

Open your dashboard and choose Connected assistants to see every assistant with access and disconnect any of them immediately. You can also remove the connector in the assistant's own settings.
