Compute & Infrastructure Disclaimer
1. Third-Party Infrastructure and Model Execution
The Platform utilizes third-party cloud infrastructure, database providers, and external artificial intelligence inference providers (including Fal) to process user inputs and generate outputs.
We do not host or operate the underlying machine learning models directly on our own local hardware.
2. Service Availability & Downtime
Because the Platform relies on external cloud and AI model pipelines, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free availability of compute-heavy features (such as AI rendering or generation tasks).
We shall not be held liable or responsible for any service interruptions, latency, processing failures, or downtime caused by outages, maintenance, or technical failures originating from third-party infrastructure or model providers (including Fal).
3. Processing Limits and Queuing
Heavy computational workloads, rendering tasks, and AI generations are subject to available system resources, rate limits, and processing queues managed by our external execution partners.
We reserve the right to throttle, delay, or limit processing requests if system traffic or third-party constraints exceed normal operational thresholds.
4. "As-Is" Provision
All compute and AI-driven features are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding execution speed, output consistency, or continuous resource availability.
