Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing our web interface, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the platform.
  • Billing & Renewals: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; partial refunds are generally not provided.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Platform IP: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the frontend user interface, branding, source code, and underlying software framework.
  • User Content IP: You retain full ownership of any designs, prompts, inputs, or project files you create or upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate the service and execute your requests.

4. Third-Party Services and Disclaimers

The platform integrates with or relies upon third-party cloud infrastructure, databases, and external AI inference providers (such as Fal). We are not responsible for performance failures, errors, or outages caused by these third-party vendors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claims under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy.
