Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026 · Vertex Core LLC, operator of VotexArch

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy, enforced by Vertex Core LLC (operator of VotexArch), governs your use of our platform, user interface, cloud database connections, and any AI-generated features. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Content and Generations

Because our platform interacts with generative AI models and external execution engines, you agree not to use the platform to create, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that:

  • Is Illegal or Harmful: Violates any applicable local, national, or international law, regulation, or code of practice, or promotes illegal activities (e.g., fraud, cyberattacks, or illegal material).
  • Infringes Intellectual Property: Violates the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Is Abusive or Harassing: Contains hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent material.
  • Misrepresents Identity: Generates or spreads disinformation, deepfakes, or fraudulent material intended to impersonate individuals or deceive others.
  • Discloses Confidential Information Without Authorization: Uploads confidential, proprietary, or non-public information (yours or a third party’s) that you are not authorized to disclose or process through a third-party AI system.
  • Uses Client or Third-Party Drawings Without Permission: Uploads architectural drawings, photographs, 3D models, documents, or other content belonging to a client, employer, or other third party without their permission.
  • Creates Fraudulent Architectural Documents: Uses the platform to create fraudulent architectural, engineering, approval, certification, or construction documents.
  • Misrepresents Professional Status: Intentionally presents AI-generated output as professionally certified, approved, inspected, or prepared by a qualified professional when it is not.

3. System and Infrastructure Abuse

To protect our frontend, cloud database, and external model pipelines (such as fal.ai, Google, and Tripo3D), you agree not to:

  • Scrape or Harvest: Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or scripts to extract data, UI elements, or database structures without explicit authorization.
  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, extract source code, or bypass security protocols protecting the frontend, database connections, or API routing layers.
  • Overload Systems: Execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, run automated stress tests, or intentionally flood the system with high-frequency requests designed to drain compute resources or disrupt service for others.
  • Bypass Rate Limits: Use proxies, IP rotation, or technical loopholes to circumvent usage quotas, billing tiers, or processing rate limits.
  • Extract System Prompts or Configurations: Attempt to extract system prompts, hidden instructions, model configurations, proprietary workflows, or other protected platform information.
  • Circumvent Restrictions: Attempt to bypass AI safety restrictions, usage restrictions, quotas, or other technical safeguards built into the platform.

4. Account and Payment Abuse

  • Automated Account Creation: Creating accounts using automated tools, or creating multiple accounts to abuse free tiers, promotional credits, referral credits, or account limits, is prohibited. This includes referring yourself or accounts you control, and using fake or disposable email addresses to claim referral credits.
  • Payment and Credit Abuse: Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, credit manipulation, and any attempt to obtain credits you are not entitled to are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Competing Automated Services

You may not build or operate an unauthorized automated service, API wrapper, or system designed primarily to replicate, resell, or provide ongoing third-party access to VotexArch’s functionality without our prior written consent.

6. Enforcement and Violations

We reserve the right—though we are under no obligation—to monitor user activity, review uploaded inputs, or investigate suspected violations of this policy. Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal of stored project data, and reporting to legal authorities where necessary.
