Subprocessors

1. What this page is

These are the third-party companies that process personal data on our behalf to run VotexArch. Each one only receives what it needs for the purpose listed. How we use your data overall is set out in our Privacy Policy.

2. AI and generation

• Google LLC (United States): Gemini image, video and text models: generating renders and edits from your uploads and prompts, the in-dashboard AI assistant, and location-grounded code-compliance reviews. Data: uploaded images, prompts, generation settings and, for reviews, the project location you enter.
• Features and Labels Inc., “fal.ai” (United States): Hosted AI models for image, video, 3D and upscaling tasks. Data: uploaded images, prompts and generation settings.
• Tripo AI (Tripo3D): 3D model generation and 3D-print preparation. Data: the images, text descriptions or models you submit for those tasks.

3. Infrastructure

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): Website hosting, file storage for uploads and generated outputs, some platform records, bot protection (Turnstile) and cookieless page-view analytics. Data: uploaded and generated files, request data such as IP address, and platform records.
• Supabase, Inc. (United States; project hosted in Tokyo, Japan): Accounts, sign-in, credit balances and generation history. Data: email address, profile details from your sign-in provider, and account and usage records.

4. Payments, email and analytics

• Stripe, Inc. (United States): Payment processing and subscription billing. Data: payment details (which we never store), billing address, email address and purchase history.
• Brevo, Sendinblue SAS (France): Delivery of account and subscription emails, and marketing emails to people who opted in. Data: email address and, for marketing, your subscription status.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (United States): Audience measurement, only if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. Data: pages viewed, device and approximate location, and a cookie identifier.

5. Changes and questions

We update this page when we add or replace a provider. AI assistants you connect to your account yourself (for example Claude or ChatGPT) are not our subprocessors: they receive data under their own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.
