AI Output & Professional Review Disclaimer

1. AI Can Make Mistakes

Every image, drawing, 3D model, video, and written review produced through VotexArch is generated by artificial intelligence models. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or simply wrong. Models can invent elements that were never in your source file, omit ones that were, misread a drawing, and produce geometry that is dimensionally incorrect or structurally impossible.

These errors are frequently plausible-looking. An output that appears clean, detailed, and confident is not evidence that it is correct, and the absence of a visible mistake is not evidence that there is no mistake.

2. Professional Review and Supervision Are Required

Every design, drawing, plan, render, model, or review that VotexArch processes or produces must be checked, verified, and supervised by a licensed architect, structural or MEP engineer, or other qualified professional who is competent in the relevant jurisdiction, before it is relied upon for construction, permitting, tender, fabrication, procurement, structural or life-safety decisions, or delivery to a client or authority.

The platform is a visualization and design-assistance tool. It does not perform, and is not a substitute for, professional architectural, engineering, structural, or code-compliance services, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind between you and us.

3. Outputs Are Not Construction Documents

Outputs are not measured drawings, construction documents, or shop drawings, and they are not stamped, sealed, certified, or approved by any licensed professional or authority having jurisdiction. Geometry-locking keeps a render visually consistent with the source file you upload; it does not make the result dimensionally reliable. Take actual dimensions, quantities, and specifications from your own CAD file or drawing set, never from a generated image or model.

4. Code and Compliance Features Are Assistive Only

Where the platform reviews a plan against building code or similar standards, that commentary is assistive — intended to help you surface likely issues early, while a design is still cheap to change. It is not a certified code review, a compliance determination, or an approval, it may miss applicable requirements or cite ones that do not apply, and it does not replace review by a licensed professional or by your local authority having jurisdiction.

5. Your Responsibility as the Professional

You remain the responsible party for any work you produce with the help of the platform, and you must apply your own professional judgment to everything it returns. You must not present AI-generated output as professionally certified, approved, inspected, or prepared by a qualified professional when it has not been, and you must not use output to create fraudulent architectural, engineering, approval, certification, or construction documents. 6. No Liability for Unreviewed Reliance

All output is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of technical accuracy, structural soundness, code compliance, or fitness for construction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, injury, or claim arising from reliance on output that has not been independently reviewed and verified by a qualified professional.
