Turn a SketchUp view into a photoreal render
Adds Send to VotexArch under SketchUp’s Extensions menu, plus a toolbar button. It exports the current view and opens VotexArch on the workspace tab you picked, which is the fastest route from a SketchUp model to a photoreal still.
Exports the current SketchUp view to a PNG you choose the location for, then opens VotexArch on your chosen tab.
SketchUp has a proper Ruby extension API, so this is the most conventional install of the set — a signed .rbz you open with SketchUp’s own Extension Manager, exactly like any other extension you have added.
Getting it installed
- 01
Download the .rbz
A standard SketchUp extension package — no unzipping required.
- 02

- 03
Find it in the menu
Send to VotexArch appears under the Extensions menu, plus a VotexArch toolbar you can enable from View → Toolbars if it is not already showing.
